Tooronga Podiatry

Our Services

Routine Podiatry

Routine podiatry, sometimes referred to as chiropody, is a term for the general maintenance of foot health. Some patients are advised to attend on a regular basis for a routine podiatry appointment, usually every 6–8 weeks. Our Podiatrist can advise you on what appropriate for you.

Insoles and Orthotics

Orthotics are special shoe or heel inserts prescribed by your
podiatrist to treat a range of issues. They are custom-made specifically to fit
your feet and address issues you may have with your feet, legs, or back

Peadiatric Podiatry (kids Podiatry)

Children’s podiatry is a specialist area of podiatry care. Children’s feet are different to adults’, as their bones are soft and still growing. For this reason, kid’s feet can be particularly susceptible to injuries or developing abnormalities. This is the case for babies, toddlers, and school age children.
While their feet are still forming, we recommend that carers keep an eye on their children’s feet and contact a podiatrist if they have any concerns.
